I have been advertising with Focus Towcester for almost 3 years and it is now the only regular advertising I do.

We constantly review the response we get to any advertising.  With the Focus magazine we get a good return for our investment. Dealing with the Focus team is advertising made easy.

After running several adverts in the Focus Brackley Magazine with you I have received an order from a Brackley based customer from the displayed quarter page advert. After the initial order, I was asked to quote for further furnishings to two further rooms!

Having advertised in the Focus Towcester for over a year, I am pleased to say that it still the best way for people to find me.   It's great to deal with people who are professional in the way they conduct their business - just like myself.

The response has been terrific, I will continue to advertise with you and I'll go for the next Brackley one too!

Because we sell larger items, I was pleasantly surprised to have several orders with just one ad…

I have been dealing with Focus for 5 years now for both advertising and printing, and have found that more and more people are using the magazine when looking for work to be done.

The Focus Magazines cover a wide area which is ideal for what we need.  It’s also good value for money compared to local newspapers.  It’s great to have such a professional local company and we will continue to advertise in their magazine!

Once again, your promoting our Stamp Fair and Valuation Day has resulted in a record number of appointments being made, far in excess of any other local advertising.

Thank you so much

After placing an advert within the Focus Magazine I have had a really good response.

February 2018 Half Term at Stowe National Trust

A fun family day out

Kick off the winter blues and escape with your family this half-term. Step into a world of trails and outdoor fun at National Trust Stowe and burn your kids' pent up energy.

Throughout half-term pick up the Women of Stowe trail and discover hidden stories as you have your own adventure around the garden. From a warrior knight to an all-powerful goddess, pick up a guide and see what you can find out. The trail is free of charge and available daily, 10-18 February 10am-5pm.

There’s plenty of opportunity to explore nature with a free family explorer guide. Every month there’s a different theme for your family to enjoy whilst having a go at some of the ‘50 Things’ to see and do before you’re 11 ¾. Borrow a family explorer guide when you arrive or download it from the website and bring it with you. In February it’s nature trackers; which animal tracks can you spy in the garden? Can you tell the difference between an otter and a fox? Available daily throughout the month.

If you really want to get wild this half-term book to join the ‘Wild Wednesday: Feathery friends’ session. Join the Wild Team to learn more about our feathery friends, collect your own bird spotting guide and make a bird feeder to take home. How many birds will you spot? Receive a sticker for completing one of our '50 Things' - go bird watching, and take home your own '50 Things' scrapbook. The session runs on Wednesday 14 February, 10.30am-12noon. £2 per child (booking essential).

Normal admission applies to the gardens, helping us to restore them back to their eighteenth-century glory and keeping them alive for ever, for everyone. Family tickets are great value admitting up to three children, whilst there are options to choose a one or two adult family ticket. Under 5’s go free. Become a member and you can visit us and over 500 other special places as often as you like throughout the year from as little as £5.40 a month. Our welcome team at our visitor centre are on hand to help with any questions if you’d like to become a member, or to find out more about family activities.

We have a lot more in store for our family activities including our holiday trails, Cadbury’s Easter egg hunt, camping and Wild Wednesdays – you can get all of the latest details on our website. Visit  https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/stowe to find out more. Stowe is located in Buckingham at the tip of North Bucks with great travel links to Milton Keynes (20 mins), Aylesbury (45 mins), Bicester (25 mins), Northampton (35mins) and Oxford (50mins).
